Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Free on All orders 
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Can offer if Buyer Pays
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Not offered

International Shipping We currently DO NOT ship to select international destinations. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us using the 'contact form' within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 day using contact form — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
