Our Commitment At Artisan Cookware Co, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Provide a return reason.
To initiate a return, use the contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, use the contact us form
Damaged or Defective Items If your cookware arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- Items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects
Shipping Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
